Solve Labs
An ambassador program for a Polish supplement brand, developed alongside ad creatives and content, and measured by sales rather than views.

(01)Context
A Polish wellness brand making supplements based on adaptogens and functional mushrooms.
(02)Goal
- Building a team of sales ambassadors from scratch
- Supporting sales
(03)My role
The program had to grow every month: the KPI called for 4 new collaborations, and at the peak I was running 10 active ones. In parallel I co-created ad creatives and content, and gathered the results in a report I presented to the client myself.
- Sourcing: creator research (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Briefing: dedicated briefs, moodboards and guidelines for creators
- Creatives and content: co-creating ad creatives, content and promotions
- Calendar: full ownership of the brand's publishing calendar
(04)Results
- ROAS 2.08from the creators' discount codes
- 10active collaborations at the peak (against a KPI of 4 new a month)
- ~148kviews across the first 4 creators
(05)Takeaways
The analysis showed that a post's reach didn't translate directly into revenue. That's why my reports count sales, commissions and product cost per creator, not just views. That's what we base the decision on who to keep working with.
