One of my Reels for Home Point Nieruchomości found a buyer without us spending a penny on it. I wrote the script, appeared in it and edited it myself.

The opening line took me the longest: “Investment opportunity: 95% occupancy on Booking.” A concrete number in the very first second kept people watching. Since then, everything I make starts with a hook.
